While transportation from the airport to the hotel will NOT be provided, Uber is available as well as a wide variety of taxis. We are always here to help suggest trusted private car services if you prefer that option.

Transportation on wedding day is provided from The Cape Hotel ONLY. We kindly ask if you stay off-site that you coordinate a ride to The Cape to utilize our shuttles. The venue is a bit “off the beaten path” so we strongly encourage our transport services.

We’ve reserved a room block at The Cape to keep everyone together and make the weekend as easy and fun as possible.

Staying at the hotel will allow you to be right in the center of all the celebrations as well as our provided transportation to the wedding ceremony & reception.

If you’re able to, we kindly encourage booking within our room block to ensure the most seamless weekend of fun-filled events! If this is simply not an option, we are happy to suggest other hotels nearby to ensure a seamless experience.

Our welcome party is cocktail attire al fresco. For the ladies, think long flowy dresses with a romantic touch. For the fellas, think light and loose - linen pants and neutral tones.

Wedding day is formal with a nod to the richness of fall. Earthy and romantic tones like gold, burgundy, green, yellow beige and warm browns. Think elevated, romantic and seasonally inspired.

Black suits and dresses are great as well!

To keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only adults and the guests listed on your invitation attend the welcome party and wedding. Thank you for understanding!

Please confirm your attendance by August 31st, 2026. Your responses are essential for us to determine the exact number of participants at each event and to ensure that all organizational aspects are arranged accordingly.

Daytime: ~75–80°F — warm but not sweltering. Perfect for beach and pool time!

Nighttime: ~61–69°F — mild and pleasant. A light layer or wrap is all you’ll need after sunset.
